David Berkman has been involved in the development, acquisition and disposition of multi-family residential properties since the mid 1950’s. He has been responsible for the development of over 15,000 multi-family units throughout the Southeastern United States and currently maintains ownership in over sixty multi-family residential communities.

Alan Travis has been involved with the development and construction of multi-family, commercial, office, and retail properties since 1977. He has managed the development and construction of over forty real estate development projects including over 11,000 multi-family units throughout the Southeastern United States.
